We’ve all been there: You find a beautiful café, get settled, and then realize there’s no Wi-Fi, no outlets, or the tables are too small for a laptop.
A Game of Chess and a Big Idea
The idea for Twork wasn’t born in a boardroom; it started at a small café table. While playing a round of chess with a close friend, we realized how exhausting it was to constantly hunt for the perfect “laptop-friendly” spot. We thought: There needs to be a central hub for people like us.
From Prototype to Birthday Launch
As a developer, I didn’t waste any time. I built a small prototype immediately and let a group of testers put it through its paces. After refining the experience based on their feedback, I officially launched Twork to the public on my birthday—the best gift I could have given myself.
