A small Starbucks in the middle of Cologne Central Station, where you can sit down for a moment to type an email. It can be loud, so phone calls are only recommended in case of emergency and with ANC. There is an outdoor area, but it's anything but inviting. However, it has a great view of the cathedral. No toilet. Wifi is conditionally reliable.
